Please read through it carefully as you should only submit information to us through this site on the condition that you provide us with full consent to use it in accordance with this privacy statement. Prometheus.International is a company registered in Mauritius with the company registration number: 137422. Our registered office is at Prometheus. Holdings Ltd, 7th Floor Shehnaz Tower, 30 Louis Pasteur Street, Port Louis, Mauritius. (2) The information we collect

We collect information from you when you complete our online forms, by means of 'persistent cookies' when you use our site, and in the form of 'traffic data'.

Online forms
We collect information you give us when you subscribe to 'My Area' and when requesting brochures and call backs. The only information we require is that which we need in order to provide a service to you. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, postal address, telephone number and email address. Should we require any additional information that will assist us in the improvement of our services, over and above the basic required information, it will be made clear that your response is voluntary, and that you are free to choose not to provide us with more information than you wish.

Persistent cookies
'Cookies are small text files which are often stored on your computer's hard drive by websites you visit, enabling the site to 'remember' who you are. We use a type of cookie called a 'persistent cookie' to provide added functionality on our website. These persistent cookies store your user name and a unique ID, but no information that personally identifies you, such as a name or address. We use persistent cookies when you log onto our site to eliminate the need to have to repeatedly re-type the same information. This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ('Google'). We have contracted with WebTrends Inc. Where authorized by us, WebTrends may use cookies, web beacons and/or any other relevant monitoring technologies in an effort to compile anonymous statistics about the visitors that come to our website. No personally identifiable information will ever be collected by or transferred to WebTrends. Traffic data
We do keep a record of traffic data which is logged automatically by our ISP's servers, and which we analyse. This includes your IP address, the URL you visited before ours, the URL you visit after leaving our site and which specific pages you navigate to whilst on our site. We do not store or analyse this traffic data in a way that identifies you as an individual.

How we use it
We use your information to provide you with that which you have requested. Should you request for us to do so, we will go on to further use your details to supply you with information about other products and services that may be of interest to you personally. You may ask us to remove you from our mailing lists at any time. All you need to do is write to us at our registered office. We will also offer you the option of correcting your details, or removing you from our mailing lists altogether when we send you email alerts or other information.

When we share it
We may disclose your information to third parties in certain circumstances, but will never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may share your information with another organisation that buys our company or our assets, or with another organisation from which we acquire a company or business. We also reserve the right to share your information in the course of any preceding negotiations with that organisation, which may or may not lead to a sale. How we keep it secure
Only authorised personnel and contractors will be able to gain access to your information. We will keep you on our mailing lists until such time that ask us to remove you from them permanently.

Transfers outside Europe
Data protection legislation is harmonised throughout Mauritius and the European Economic Area ('EEA') which comprises the EU member states, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. Countries outside Mauritius and the EEA do not generally have the same level of protection for personal information as those within the EEA. Should you reside outside of the EEA, we shall transfer this information to your home country or territory, for the purposes set out in the "How we use it" section above. By providing us with your information, you give us reason to assume that you are in full agreement with this transfer. If you are from the EEA, we shall not transfer any personal information we collect from you outside the EEA and Mauritius.
